We recommend calling ahead during busy hours to reduce wait times.

You can modify or cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it, before we begin preparation. After that, changes may not be possible as your pizza is already being made fresh.

For in-store and carry-out orders there is no minimum amount. For delivery orders, a minimum of $15.00 is required to qualify. Catering and event orders have their own minimums — please contact us for a custom quote.

Yes! Pizza inn proudly offers delivery throughout the Dunn, NC area and surrounding communities. Our current delivery zone includes:

• Dunn, NC and immediate surroundings (up to 5 miles)
• Erwin and Coats areas (extended delivery, fees may apply)
• Select rural routes — call to confirm availability

Standard delivery times at Pizza inn are typically 30–45 minutes from the time your order is confirmed. During peak hours (Friday and Saturday evenings), delivery may take up to 60 minutes.

We always aim to get your pizza to you hot and fresh. If you need an estimated time, our team will let you know when you place your order.

Pizza inn charges a flat delivery fee of $3.99 for all standard delivery zone orders. Orders outside the standard 5-mile radius may incur an additional distance fee.

There is no delivery fee on orders over $40.00 placed directly with us. Tipping your driver is always appreciated but never required.

Yes! Pizza inn has a dedicated selection of vegetarian pizzas and sides. We offer plant-based cheese options and clearly label all vegetarian items on our menu.

Fresh ingredients are at the heart of everything we make at Pizza inn. Our dough is prepared daily in-house, our tomato sauce is made from vine-ripened tomatoes, and our vegetables and meats are sourced from trusted local and regional suppliers whenever possible.

We never use artificial preservatives in our dough or sauce recipes. Quality is a commitment we take seriously with every single pizza.

We take food allergies seriously. Allergen information is available on request for all menu items. Common allergens present in our kitchen include wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and tree nuts.

Please inform our team of any allergies when placing your order. Because our pizzas are made in a shared kitchen environment, cross-contact with allergens is possible. For detailed nutritional data, please contact us directly.

Yes! Pizza inn provides full-service catering for events of all sizes — from birthday parties and corporate lunches to school fundraisers and wedding receptions. Our catering packages are flexible and fully customizable.

We can set up buffet-style service or deliver pre-boxed portions. To get a custom catering quote, contact us at least 48 hours in advance for smaller events and 1 week in advance for larger gatherings.

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for weekend events. Our general guidelines are:

• Small events (under 20 people): At least 48 hours notice
• Medium events (20–50 people): At least 3–5 days notice
• Large events (50+ people): At least 1–2 weeks notice
